Brown rice & veggie stir-fry (Dinner 9.8.10)

It's been a long two days with school starting Tuesday, and I'm already wiped! Thank god I have the next two days off so I get a long, relaxing four day weekend! I wish Wednesdays could always feel like Fridays! I'm still not really on my toes or back on schedule so I haven't been posting much, but starting Sunday I will post a lot more often so it will be easier to follow. Tonight for dinner I made a Brown rice & Vegetable Stir-fry using brown rice, mushrooms, onion, asparagus, peas, edamame, and soy sauce. Instead of using regular soy sauce, I use San-J Organic Tamari Sauce. It's basically the same thing as soy sauce, but doesn't contain wheat, and is organic & made from whole soy beans. It tastes almost exactly the same as soy sauce, because it almost is the same thing, just a tad better for you. Enjoy your long weekend and Happy Holidays to anyone who celebrates!
