Lunch today was nothing out of the ordinary, but very much enjoyable. I knew I wouldn't be getting home early today, so I had to pack a lunch. I brought a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread. I seem to forget how much I love PB&J until I have it. It's like an all-time classic, everyone knows it, and everyone loves it. There's even a song about it! Anyway, for a snack when I got home this afternoon, I had one of my healthy blueberry bran muffins from Trader Joe's, and some chopped pineapple. I really like these muffins, but I can only seem to find this kind of healthy baked goods at either

Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. These particular muffins were made by Trader Joe's brand Moral Fiber. I love that they are just as big and dense as the regular unhealthy muffins, but since they're made with just a few healthy ingredients, don't have as many calories. Contrary to a lot of other healthy muffins, these are very moist and not at all dry. They're also organic, low-fat, high-fiber, made with whole wheat flour, and sweetened with fruit juice. And as if that weren't enough, they taste great! I've yet to find such a healthy muffin as yummy as this. Now if only they weren't so expensive..
I'm a health nut too but i was wondering if the blueberry muffins from Trader Joe's were too high in sugar even though it's completely fruit juice?
