So I got home late because I had some things to do today, and unfortunately didn't get to use my browning avocado. I did however throw a meal together in literally 10 minutes. I made whole wheat spinach ravioli from whole foods, in tomato sauce with meatless meatballs and a side of steamed broccoli. The sauce wasn't so good because I didn't really have time to make it how I like it, but it wasn't bad for such short timing. I would definitely like to try these ravioli again in another recipe. Maybe with some garlic & butter!? Yum!
